Food Security within the MENA region has become a much higher-prioritized conversation in recent times, creating a flurry of Country-led visions, policies and actions to safeguard future sustainability. Food security is so significant it is touted as one of the three key-pillars in providing stability within the region.
Due to the harsh ground conditions, ecologies and temperature, alongside the growing climate change challenge, agriculture or aquaculture project requirements are driving a surge in innovation and technology advances, rarely practiced within traditional farming methods found in these “food deserts”. Today, we are reimagining how we produce food.
