A masterplan can be described as a long-term narrative, one which sets the conceptual scene, guiding dynamism and development. It is the interconnected play between buildings, social settings, and their surrounding environments which provide the visual and spatial stage in which the world can tell their stories.
Behind the scenes, a meticulously orchestrated directive needs to take place: enter, stage right, Compass Project Consulting.
Beginning with analysis, feasibility, recommendations, and proposals, the Compass Team becomes the Director-understudy, and in turn oversees the casting process. We then begin building the collective ensemble of stars – the Urban Planners, Designers and Architects – who will ultimately nurture the characteristics of the space; it’s population, economy, housing, transportation, community facilities, and land use.
The ultimate culmination – a masterpiece. A harmonious Urban Development, the stage in which lives live, where we march to the beat of our own drum., where you dance your own dance.
